Several ringers of the Carillons Hanbell Choir returned to Wittenberg, Germany June 30, 2014 to provide more training for the Castle Church bell choir.  They also participated in playing for the German church service at Castle Church on July 6 as well as the first Wittenberg Handbell Festival July 4, 5, and 6.  The final festival concert was performed by 50 ringers at Market Square with good attendance by an appreciative audience.

 The Carillons look forward to hosting the Castle Church ringers in Redding in 2018.
